Eligibility :
This offer is designed for a specific clientele. Your individual or
combined (partners or spousal) annual income must total a minimum
of $75,000. You must be a citizen and permanent resident of the United
States, living in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah or Washington, and speak and understand English without the
benefit of an interpreter. Proof of identification and resident address
is required at the time of the presentation in the form of a valid
driver’s license and a major credit card. This offer is not
available, non-transferable and invalid for: (a) employees of Grand
Pacific Resorts or its affiliates and members of their immediate families;
(b) groups (two or more affiliated couples), relatives, or friends
traveling together; (c) guests with open bankruptcies, tax liens or
judgments;(d) anyone having attended any promotional offering or purchased
with Grand Pacific Resorts after June 9, 2006. Although anyone interested
in purchasing a timeshare is welcome, we find that our product primarily
appeals to persons between the ages of 25-68. This offer is subject
to space and availability and limited to one per household, family
or vehicle. This is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to purchase
a timeshare directed to any person who is a resident of any state
in which the registration requirements for sale of timeshares have
not been met.
Presentation :
If married, cohabitating or engaged, both partners must attend the
two hour walking tour/timeshare sales presentation about vacation
ownership. Children under 18 years may not attend the presentation;
however complimentary childcare will be provided for children at least
six (6) months of age on-site. We make every effort not to reschedule
your tour; however, if your tour time is changed you are required
to attend at the revised time. If you need to reschedule your tour

Promotional Item(s) : Everyone who is eligible and attends the two-hour
tour/timeshare sales presentation will receive a promotional incentive
as specified in writing. This special package is a solicitation to
purchase a timeshare. If the offered incentive is not available, the
sponsor reserves the right to substitute a promotional incentive of
equal or greater value in lieu of other incentives offered. Any recipient
who receives a substituted incentive may request and will receive
evidence showing that the incentive substituted matches the incentive
randomly or otherwise selected for distribution to that recipient.
Accommodations :
If you have chosen an overnight stay as your promotional incentive,
reservations are based on space availability for up to two adults
and two children sharing the same room. You and your family will be
staying onsite in the hotel wing of the resort or comparable accommodations
nearby. All overnight reservations are advance purchase packages and
are non-refundable. We accept only major credit cards. If you need
to reschedule your hotel stay, you must notify us a minimum of 72
hours prior to your arrival by calling 800-725-4723 to avoid additional
charges. You must also obtain a cancellation number. If you fail to
provide a 72 hour notice of cancellation, you will be charged the
full retail value of the room plus taxes (approximately 10%). The
retail value of packages range from $165 to $850 depending upon the
season and length of stay.
Upon check-in at the hotel, a credit card will be required for incidental
expenses (including but not limited to: phone, food, movies, drinks,
room charges). Additionally, if you check-in, but fail to attend the
two hour presentation, you will be charged the full retail value of
the room plus taxes (approximately 10%).
Certificates of Travel or Accommodations : Certificates of travel or accommodations
may require refundable deposits not exceeding $50.00 with advance
reservation periods on a space available basis. A confirmation number
is required with a credit card number and signature on file as security
for payment of government imposed taxes (approximately 10%).
Catalina Travel Certificate : If you have chosen a Catalina Travel Certificate
in lieu of other promotional incentives offered, a deposit of $23.20
must accompany your Catalina Reservation Request; additional Travel
Certificate conditions and restrictions were contained within the
sample certificate attached to the VIP invitation when your tour/timeshare
sales presentation was arranged.
